    Spark Infra Advisors (India) Pvt Ltd
    • Led the end-to-end project development for a $3 million solar power project. Was responsible for all activities right from bid submission to financial closure to successful design and commissioning of the project. The project provides electricity to over 1,500 homes in five nearby villages.
    • Handled project financing activities (contract analysis, financial analysis, modeling, documentation) for a $15 million wind power project in Karnataka. Phase 1 ($3 million) was successfully commissioned and the balance is under implementation.
    • Provided project financing support (contract analysis, financial analysis, modeling, documentation) for a $50 million solar power project in Nigeria. The agreement was signed with the government and the project is now under implementation.
    • Performed due diligence, contract drafting, and negotiation for M&A of a coal power project in India, advising on the sell-side. The transaction was completed successfully (the approximate deal size was $15 million).
    • Built financial model and analyzed contract for client's tariff dispute with the state electricity board. The claim was settled in favor of the client (the approximate deal size was $3 million).
    • Carried out financial feasibility and detailed costing of real estate investments (residential/commercial/mixed use) for submission to investors.
