Great service for connecting with excellent developers

Have been working with Toptal for the past few years and it has been amazingly easy to find and work with great talent. I have been recommending it to startups looking looking for strong technical folks. In particular, I have really enjoyed working with Wojciech. He is a Javascript guru, having built projects in Node.js, React and vanilla JS. He has worked on a wide range of projects with us from our embeddable Javascript widget including leveraging multiple testing framework to give us the test coverage we needed. He has been a key developer for our dashboard. His is quick to learn new technologies which has been critical for us as a startup. he key variable though was Wojciech's ability to figure things out. I could just present Wojciech with a problem and know that he would either solve it (looking for workarounds if needed).
