- Delivered returns over a short time horizon via expense rationalization and revenue growth through bolt-on acquisition of struggling competitors, leading to an eventual exit through private placement.
- Led regional bolt-on acquisitions to accelerate the growth of a leading global advisory firm focused on hospitality, retail, and real estate.
- Created and led turnaround strategies for a struggling hotel, enhancing cash flow generation and improving margins before stepping in and serving as the general manager overseeing 170 employees and ensuring the achievement of financial targets.
- Managed a $50 million private equity fund with investments across the MENA and India. Led successful exits of portfolio companies through IPO and private placement. Other responsibilities included LP reporting and periodic valuations.
