- Drove an intensive due diligence process across financial, tax, legal, human resources, and commercial areas during a contested takeover of the Group by Talpa and Mediahuis, when TMG was publicly listed and generated around €500 million in revenue.
- Participated in multiple mergers and acquisitions, including the merger of Sky Radio Group with Talpa Radio and the sale of Keesing Media Group to private equity firm Ergon Capital Partners, as well as several smaller acquisitions and divestments.
- Prepared the Group's IFRS financial statements and ensured full compliance with IFRS.

- Prepared a long-term business plan to support the sale of the Group, generating approximately €500 million in revenue and operating across eight countries, culminating in its acquisition by CVC Capital Partners.
- Served on a task force to professionalize and restructure Russian operations.
