Strategy Senior Manager
Accenture
- Acted as the senior manager for multiple clients, including AGL, Australia Post, Tabcorp, QBE, Western Sydney Airport, Downer Mining, the New Zealand government, NBN, and the Queensland government.
- Led the technology strategy and enterprise architecture design for Western Sydney Airport by developing the 10-year business case and roadmap, valued at over AUD 400 million and endorsed by the WSA Board and the Australian Commonwealth government.
- Designed the strategy and roadmap for a global insurer to pivot its global technology function with over 2,000 personnel across three continents towards agile ways of working. It was part of one of Accenture's largest programs globally.
- Led a team of six Accenture consultants and more than ten client architects to help a wholesale telco reduce its TCO and IT Opex by 50%. This included the development of a custom TCO excel model to analyze different scenarios.
- Provided assurance and due diligence for Australia's largest separation program, reviewing and analyzing a technology program of work valued at AUD 200 million.
- Provided assurance and due diligence for Australia's largest point of sale (POS) program, reviewing the strategy, architecture, implementation readiness, and business case. All are valued at over AUD 200 million.
Strategy Analyst to Senior Manager

- Managed various clients, including DP World, Sadara Dow Chemicals, Qatar Post, Saudi Arabian Government, Etihad Rail, Etihad Airways, Abdul Latif Jameel, Emaar Hospitality, and Chalhoub.
- Built the group's tech strategy for a global logistics operator. Retained to launch the global transformation program, helped the new chief innovation officer devise her strategy, and created a growth strategy for its digital business.
- Supported a logistics company to turn profitable within a two-year time frame through the introduction of new digital services, entry into first and last-mile delivery, and specialized and innovative courier services.
- Created the technology strategy for a large global auto distributor. Subsequently retained as advisor to the CEO to oversee implementation of recommendations and interview and select the new CIO.
- Led the development of an operating model for a client who has recently appointed a chief digital officer. The shared operating model clarified the roles between the IT and digital organizations.
- Headed the development of the client's future digital journey by re-imagining the guest journey, defining the future hotel, and prioritizing over 100 digital use cases and initiatives into an integrated, actionable 3-year roadmap.
