- Advised various foreign companies in Japan regarding market entry, including the turnaround of their existing Japanese operations.
- Created an e-learning program for corporate Japan on cross-border M&A matters. Covered all aspects of cross-border M&A in 20 modules, including a business cultural analysis of six of the G20 countries.
- Managed a global strategy project for fast growth in the pure chemical and semiconductor-related sector. Created a comprehensive horizontal expansion plan in the nano-tech sector.

- Founded and led the PwC Crossborder M&A practice, the first of its kind in Japan, growing the business to a team of 300 professionals with a market-leading position in the Japanese market. Supported between 20-50 cross-border deals a year.
- Founded and led the PwC Japan PMI practice, growing the team to a dedicated group of over 60 professionals. Served as a member of the PwC global leadership team and developed a unique PMI methodology for cross-border integrations.
- Led over 200 integrations of cross-border deals relating to Japan as a PwC partner, including inbound and outbound sales, involving over 30 territories.
- Undertook extensive cultural training using the Geerte Hofstede cultural model and applied that in practice in crossborder PMI.
