I designed and led a performance-driven, creator-led affiliate strategy focused on scalability, attribution, and conversion efficiency. First, I audited existing creator campaigns to identify top-performing content formats, creators, and traffic sources using platform analytics and affiliate performance data. I then rebuilt the creator pipeline with clear performance tiers, standardized onboarding, and structured incentives aligned to conversion outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
