I was involved in designing the product, finding a product-market fit, implementing a support system and everything else you do when finding a company.
Outsourcing Strategy

Adyen offers plugins to major eCommerce platforms to enable easier integration for the merchant.
Initial plugins were built in-house, which I identified as a scalability issue and created an outsourcing strategy with various partners in Europe.
Seed Fundraising for Bookex
Successfully raised €80,000 seed money from angel investors for one year of exploration in product-market fit.
I raised an initial round of capital to explore the software needs for the corporate travel market, where we already had one primary lead using our software. I led the pitching, legalities, and management of the funds.
