Galatea is an app for reading stories and listening to audiobooks with 150k+ DAU. Key objectives for the product and the company are to increase revenue per install and the engagement metric of chapters read per install. I led the app development and focused on metrics like retention, engagement, and revenue per install.
Blend
Founded and launched a social gaming app. Led the product creation, UI/UX design, testing, and growth.
Blend is an app for playing games of different genres. Games are embedded inside a group chat, making it fun and convenient.
In five months, Blend has seen 17,000+ organic downloads, 10,000+ registered users, and 5,000+ active users who have sent 300,000+ messages on the app and played 14,000+ games.

SAILS - Securities Analytics and Intelligent Lending Solution
Launched a new application involving complex securities lending business flows within a year with a 30+ member team.
SAILS is an analytics-based application for securities lending users to avoid the agent lenders in the business process. It helps them identify new revenue opportunities that would otherwise have been missed.
Before SAILS, securities lending users had a mainframe system that could handle four very basic rules. This led to users not being able to identify real opportunities. In SAILS, users could execute complex rules and analyze the best revenue opportunities for the business without involving the agent lender and paying them large commissions.
RoboReader
Led the product management and created the roadmap and strategy for expansion for an AI product.
RoboReader is an NLP and machine learning-based product that goes through the financial documents of companies and extracts all the financial data for that company through a custom-made table extraction process. RoboReader achieved 98% efficiency in extracting the right data within four months.
