Project History
IoT Analytics App for for Smart Buildings
Led the team in building an analytics app from concept to deployment across 5,000 locations and helped save tens of thousands of service calls.
The project targeted developing and launching an analytics app for smart buildings to help facility managers monitor and diagnose issues across multiple locations. It had built-in alerts for commonly found issues and the ability to change settings when detecting specific problems. It provided an easy way to diagnose issues by making all the relevant data available to be added to the troubleshooting screens.
IoT Smart City Lighting Solution
Led the product team dedicated to a smart city lighting solution, going from pilots to five city-wide deployments in 12 months.
My contribution to the project involved managing a team of 20 professionals across engineering and product development to hit critical customer milestones in five North American cities in less than a year. I also established pricing to increase recurring revenue for the company and spearheaded the development and training of a value-added reseller partner to drive new logo acquisition and ARR growth for the business.
Increase User Adoption for a YC Cyber Security Startup
Led the product team at a YC cyber security startup to speed up user adoption initiatives from months to hours.
My contribution to the project involved mapping the user journey on the user sign-up flow and working with the engineering team to build the infrastructure for user adoption software. I identified and managed the user adoption project to help provide better experimentation in user adoption initiatives.

Served as the primary product management consultant to ship a new biopharma SaaS software from concept to deployment.
