  • Implemented regular internal team collaborative sessions to communicate what the product team was working on and why we were doing it, and to solicit feedback and insights.

Launch Add-on Product

Led the strategy, discovery, development, and launch of LogicMonitor's first add-on product, configuration management, as part of the move from a single product to platform.

LogicMonitor provides infrastructure monitoring for companies worldwide and was launched with a focus on devices on-premises or in datacenters.

I helped launch the first add-on product, configuration management. My role was to identify the best opportunity for an add-on product starting with opportunity identification and validation through product development, beta programs, and launch.

Product Workflows

Established product and development workflows that enable teams to release impactful and iterative features on a two-week cadence.

ProductPlan is the leading roadmap software for product and IT teams. I partnered with the engineering leader to move the teams from "scrum fall" to a more innovative process based on BaseCamp's Shape Up methodology. As a result, feature delivery has met date expectations, 85% target, and advanced the value proposition of the core product in an interactive manner.

Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap Development

Created and presented a company and product vision for the entire organization. Vision has been used to set annual strategic initiatives.

ProductPlan is a leader in the roadmapping SaaS space. As VP of product, I partnered with the CEO to develop a long-term business vision strategy. I was able to distill this strategy and vision into a product vision, as well as one and three-year roadmaps. By presenting this in an easily accessible, transparent manner teams are able to have informed, meaningful conversations with customers and each other, creating the greatest impact for the business and users.

Customer Discovery

Used market research and customer interviews to identify and quantify a new product opportunity for ProductPlan.

ProductPlan proves roadmapping software for product and IT teams. To extend the value proposition into other areas of the product lifecycle, I completed a validation exercise including customer and market research. The proposal was accepted and is currently in development, extending ProductPlan's core value proposition and perceived value in an interactive, meaningful manner for a significant portion of the target market.
