Led the effort to build a small, high-endurance civil drone for monitoring high-voltage power lines.
Together with a team of hardware and software engineers, we have delivered a hardware and software MVPs of a system fully designed to operate autonomously and monitor high voltage power lines for defects.

Digital Strategy for a Major Retail Bank
Led and managed a team of five Deloitte experts delivering a digital strategy to the largest retail bank in the region.
Under my leadership, we have developed a comprehensive digital strategy together with an IT review and recommendations for further improvements in their IT infrastructure.
This included many hours of interviews, sessions, research and focused on mobile banking and omnichannel strategies while also reviewing aging IT infrastructure capabilities.

RBS 70 Large-scale Mapping System

While at BPTI, I developed a method to build large-scale 3D models of real locations (more than 500 square kilometers). These models have had accurate geographic and GIS information preserved in them and could be used for military training capabilities.
We have sold this product to one of the largest defense manufacturers in Europe, for their anti-air simulators systems.
With my leadership, our team has successfully delivered this challenging project ahead of schedule.

Base Reality VR System for Information Management

At Aresi Labs, we have developed a system designed to manage information and hold meetings in virtual reality (VR).
It was one of the first systems in the world at that time which allowed up to 16 people to use the space at the same time.
It has shown innovative and never-before-seen ways to convey the information in 3D and recreate LEAN’s “War Room” concept in VR.

AI Driven Entertainment App
I have been in charge of the product development of a Neural Network based entertainment application for the iOS Appstore.
As a product owner, I have lead this app from the idea inception stage to winning the local AI competition, to fully fledge iOS Appstore version.
Swagmeter - AI based style recognition app for social entertainment. Simply aim at your friend (or yourself) and hear AI’s opinion on friend’s appearance. It uses Inception V3 neural network to classify your appearance.
Mobile Banking App Prototype
Led the project of delivering a limited scope MVP to build a new digital bank for the largest retail bank in the region.
I have led a small agile team of Android developers and UX designers to deliver an MVP for testing new concepts of digital banking offer the bank was considering to deliver to its younger clients.
