Work Experience
Business Integration Analyst
XyloRisk Inc.
- Architected a HubSpot-to-Monday.com integration to kill duplicate data entry between sales and delivery, consolidating a 12-tool software stack into connected workflows.
- Designed and built the first priority project, a customer pipeline tracker in Monday.com spanning sales close through billing, delivery, and customer success. Replaced fragmented spreadsheet tracking with one live system covering five handoff stages.
- Mapped the client's disconnected AI processes into BPMN workflow diagrams in draw.io, tracing a HubSpot deal-won trigger across multiple platform swimlanes. Converted scattered manual handoffs into one documented flow the team could automate against.
Head of Growth
Early Life Nutrition Alliance (ELNA)
- Inherited a disorganized marketing operation with no repeatable systems, and rebuilt it end-to-end, defining the product-market funnel, sequencing the build, and delivering a fully automated member and learner lifecycle within the engagement period.
- Identified drop-off in the course and membership purchase funnels through analytics and session review, then designed and shipped UX and copy improvements that reduced abandonment at key conversion points.
- Designed and documented a webinar launch framework from scratch, giving the team a repeatable, step-by-step operational playbook that reduced launch prep time and removed dependency on tribal knowledge.
- Built and deployed automated nurture sequences across the member and prospect lifecycle, moving the organization from manual, ad-hoc outreach to a scalable, rules-based engagement model.
Digital Director
Wilkinson Butler
- Designed a RACI framework to clarify team roles and accountability across the agency, resolving recurring project delivery bottlenecks.
- Identified unprofitable client work using time-tracking data, giving leadership clear evidence to reprice and reallocate resources.
- Led change management through a high-pressure operational transition, maintaining team stability and client delivery standards.
Product Manager
HealthBright Operations
- Inherited an overloaded Jira backlog and rationalized it by closing obsolete tickets, removing duplicates, and fleshing out missing user stories linked to epics, reducing the backlog by 80% and giving the team a focused, delivery‑ready pipeline.
- Reviewed the patient booking journey end-to-end, identified UX friction causing drop-off at key steps, and recommended interface changes to reduce abandonment and improve completion rates.
- Evaluated the existing platform against business requirements, found it unfit for purpose, and built a structured business case to replace it with a more scalable solution.
- Fixed a legacy Google Tag Manager setup by rebuilding GA4 tracking, cleaning up tags and triggers, and restoring accurate funnel and event data for product and marketing decisions.
Digital Program Manager
Intertek
- Migrated the training division's site from Ektron CMS to WordPress and WooCommerce, delivering a modern, manageable platform on time.
- Integrated Stripe for online payments, enabling the first global eCommerce capability for the training division across the Americas.
- Designed a single-domain, USD-pricing global rollout model and aligned marketing, technology, and training teams across the Americas.
Global Head of Digital
SAI Global
- Built the company's 1st B2B eCommerce channel from scratch across 11 countries, generating meaningful revenue within year one and proving digital as a scalable sales model.
- Ran the full martech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, GA4) and built a full-funnel demand engine covering SEO, lifecycle, and paid across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
- Audited broken marketing attribution, built the case for a multi-million dollar transformation program, flagged a critical vendor risk that saved the business from a bad contract, and then led the program end-to-end.
- Prepared digital operations, documentation, and performance data ahead of the company's successful PE-backed sale, ensuring the digital function withstood investor due diligence.
Marketing Team Lead
The Healthy Mummy
- Led a 12-person marketing team across digital, social, content, and CRM ahead of US and UK market expansion.
- Cut customer support costs from $15,000 to $5,000 per month by automating responses to the most common inquiries.
- Rebuilt reporting and attribution from scratch, then ran A/B tests on landing pages and purchase flows that improved conversion.
Product Manager
Maxwell Forest
- Shipped the beta release of OneFill, a white-label rewards redemption product sold to major financial institutions, including American Express, enabling cardholders to spend accrued points through branded rewards stores.
- Owned and managed the full product backlog, translating business priorities into sprint-ready user stories and maintaining tight alignment between development, design, and commercial stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Built working prototypes and ran product demos to win enterprise clients, translating complex product capabilities into compelling demonstrations for financial institution stakeholders.
eCommerce Manager
Panavision
- Led end-to-end launch of the company's first online store, from platform selection through to go-live.

- Selected for the Commonwealth Bank Women in Focus Silicon Valley program, recognising the commercial potential of the platform and the strength of the founding vision.
Project History
Product Backlog Recovery and Platform Strategy
A newly launched patient booking app (mobile and web) had been shipped, but left behind a critical backlog problem. Work was ungroomed and unprioritized; the offshore development team lacked direction, and a measurement gap meant leadership had no visibility into how the product was actually performing.
Took ownership of the backlog end-to-end, working with the offshore team to groom, rationalize, and reprioritize against business goals. Established a clear delivery sequence that restored team focus and momentum. Separately identified and resolved the analytics implementation issue, restoring accurate measurement. Conducted a platform evaluation and prepared a strategic recommendation for leadership on future technology direction.
Backlog reprioritized and delivery restored. Analytics gap resolved, giving leadership accurate data for the first time. Strategic platform recommendation delivered to guide next technology investment.
SaaS Product Launch for Virtual Assistants
https://womensagenda.com.au/latest/how-to-spot-a-market-gap-and-build-an-app-even-if-heavily-pregnant/There was no dedicated SaaS tooling built for the needs of virtual assistants — a growing segment with no purpose-built product to support how they actually worked. The opportunity existed, but had to be built from scratch.
Co-founded the business and led product from concept through to shipped MVP. Owned discovery, roadmap, build prioritization, and go-to-market. Recruited and onboarded a global beta user cohort to validate the product in real conditions.
Launched MVP with 20–50 global beta users. Selected for the Commonwealth Bank Women in Focus Silicon Valley program, recognizing the platform’s commercial potential and the strength of the product vision.
Product Ownership for Early-stage Fintech
An early-stage B2B2C fintech startup was building a white-label rewards platform for banks with enterprise clients to win, and no room for a slow or unfocused product process. The product needed to prove itself fast.
Owned the full product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features directly tied to enterprise client requirements and go-to-market milestones. Built prototypes and product demonstrations to support the sales team in live client pitches. Simultaneously, scoped and planned an offshore delivery operation in Manila to ensure the business could scale without being bottlenecked by resourcing.
Product demonstrations directly contributed to enterprise client acquisition efforts. Offshore delivery planning laid the operational foundation for scalable growth beyond the founding team.
Salesforce Einstein Chatbot
SAI Global’s B2B website had one contact option: a marketing lead form. Visitors with operational and admin inquiries used it by default, flooding Salesforce with disqualified contacts. Pipeline metrics were unreliable, manual triage was consuming internal resources, and users weren’t reaching the right team.
We audited inbound lead data and mapped user intent patterns to identify the root cause. The decision to use native Salesforce Einstein kept the tech stack clean and data integrity intact. We configured intent-based conversation flows to intercept visitors before the lead form, routing admin enquiries to the right team and sales prospects into the CRM. Localized versions with regional personas were built for each market. Post-launch, we refined flows based on drop-off rates and lead quality scores in Salesforce.
Misdirected enquiries dropped materially, cleaning up Salesforce pipeline data and reducing manual triage. Sales worked from a higher-quality lead pool. The localized bot improved self-service across markets without adding tech stack complexity.
