This solution allowed tobacco merchandisers to attach their e-wallet account to their merchandiser cabinet, and transfer, cash out, or use it to pay for more than 800 products and services. The points can be transferred using a simple, user-friendly web interface embedded in a merchandiser's cabinet. and, on the other hand, enhance their merchandisers' motivation and effectiveness.

OPPA Biometric Identificatio Solution for e-wallet User Onboarding

Crafted biometric verification solution. As a result, dramatically reduced onboarding costs and time of being on the waitlist. Via automation, users were able to make payments immediately after registration.

The client's existing biometric identification and verification process was complex, time-consuming, and expensive. Users were asked to make an identification request first and then, after a few days, meet the courier in person to fill out and sign all paperwork. After that, their accounts need to be identified, and they can pay for any services in an e-wallet account.

We developed a less expensive solution for the customers to remotely fulfill the identification process, get the status instantly, and pay for services.

Necessary steps included:

1. 3D face scan and ID upload: In this step, we verify that the person behind the camera is real and matches the exact person whose photo is represented on the ID
2. Comparing data taken from MRZ (machine reading zone) to the existing data on the Georgian Data Exchange Agency (DEA)
3. Checking the ID in the terrorist database
