PROJECT OVERVIEW
We developed an innovative add-on card subscription plan to address customer dissatisfaction stemming from hidden fees and complex agreements to improve transparency and customer satisfaction.

MY ROLE
I led the development of the product strategy, collaborating with data scientists to leverage machine learning algorithms to identify optimal product offerings and estimate potential customer reach. Additionally, I oversaw the IT integration to ensure seamless compatibility with existing bank systems.

KEY FEATURES
The final solution featured a flexible, three-tier subscription model, allowing customers to personalize their plans with various add-ons, including insurance options and promotions. This customization provided more excellent value and transparency.

IMPACT
The new subscription model significantly improved customer satisfaction and lifetime value while also creating a scalable platform for future product launches.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Georgia’s largest outdoor advertising company sought to develop a comprehensive web platform to streamline the management of sales, warehousing, legal documentation, and core business operations.

MY ROLE
I was responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and overseeing end-to-end communication between cross-functional teams, designers, senior stakeholders, and end users.

KEY OUTCOMES
The final solution facilitated a seamless, end-to-end sales process, addressed critical pain points for the legal team by optimizing documentation storage and management, and integrated sales workflows with warehouse and printing operations. Additionally, the platform provided management real-time insights into all operational activities, significantly improving employee productivity and operational efficiency.

IMPACT
By enhancing process integration and data visibility, the platform contributed to increased employee utilization and drove revenue growth for the company.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Due to its reliance on multiple legacy systems, the client faced data management and change implementation challenges. The goal was to enhance data integrity and streamline processes by migrating to modern cloud environments.

MY ROLE
I led the data migration effort to Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure while also designing new data flows to accommodate changes requested by business stakeholders. My responsibilities included identifying improvement opportunities, particularly around on-ground and in-air logistical performance and cost-effectiveness.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
I worked closely with both business and technical teams, primarily data engineers and data scientists, to prioritize the development backlog, create detailed roadmaps, and address technical challenges. This involved collaboration with senior business stakeholders to align on strategic goals and ensure smooth execution.

IMPACT
The migration and business process improvements enhanced data quality, optimized runtime performance, and contributed to more cost-effective business operations.

The customer was facing issues with chaotic innovation launches in different markets without a clear structure and the possibility of management oversight. We have decided to build an in-house platform to support all these functionalities.

MY ROLE
I managed a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, data quality managers, and designers, overseeing communication between all parties. I worked closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and unique challenges, ensuring these insights were incorporated into the platform’s development.

IMPACT
The tool facilitated better decision-making, improved collaboration, and provided a centralized location for managing all global innovation projects. It empowered teams to identify new opportunities in given markets, manage processes associated with product launches more effectively, and present progress to stakeholders in a structured, data-driven manner.
