Almasales is the agency’s core digital product, an operation and CRM software that automated workflows for sales managers, accountants, print house staff, and debtor managers. The solution’s key features are automated offer building, batch offers, choosing design options, managing the availability of the ad constructions, and printing process automation. I oversaw all stages of the SDLC and contributed to the project as a product manager, dungeon master, and project owner.

Monitors.ge is a website that enables users to show their videos on outdoor monitors in Tbilisi, Georgia. It was launched in 2021 and has more than 3,000 monthly active users. According to user research, users needed to share their congratulations, pranks, and vacancies videos on outdoor screens in Tbilisi. I got the green light from our board, built a design and development team, and delivered the website in five months.
