Project History
Oracle Digital Government
https://www.oracle.com/government/digital-government/- 5 — Countries that Adopted the Product Offer
Government agencies struggled to modernize legacy IT while improving citizen services and meeting data sovereignty requirements. Siloed systems across finance, HR, permitting, and healthcare created inefficiencies, blocked AI adoption, and left critical infrastructure without real-time visibility.
Oracle’s existing cloud infrastructure, Fusion applications, and industry products were brought together into a modular suite purpose-built for governments. Agencies could start with immediate needs and expand over time.
Key elements: Sovereign in-country cloud deployment; Fusion ERP, HCM, and procurement as the operational backbone; vertical apps for healthcare, energy, permitting, and agriculture; Starlink-based national connectivity; and a unified data platform with government-tuned AI models.
I signed 5 new countries, opening Oracle Cloud in previously unserved markets, including Morocco (first hyperscaler in North Africa) and Kenya. Legacy customers transitioned to modern cloud, gaining AI capabilities while reducing operational costs.
Oracle European Union Sovereign Cloud
https://www.oracle.com/cloud/eu-sovereign-cloud/- 400% — Server Capacity Expansion to Meet Demand
European organizations struggled to adopt public cloud while meeting GDPR, national security, and AI regulations. Hyperscalers offered compliance tools but no structural guarantee that EU data wouldn’t be accessed by non-EU personnel or routed outside EU infrastructure. Geopolitical instability made real sovereignty a hard requirement.
Oracle became the first hyperscaler to launch a dedicated EU Sovereign Cloud, with regions in Frankfurt and Madrid operated by EU-incorporated legal entities and EU-resident staff, isolated from Oracle’s global network. Full parity with Oracle’s commercial cloud: 200+ services, Fusion apps, and sovereign AI at the same price. In 2024, we expanded to include sovereign SaaS, completing a full-stack offering.
We surpassed 150 customers across 34 countries and 16 industry segments within 2 years, expanded server capacity by over 400% to meet demand, and set the market standard; competitors eventually followed Oracle’s lead.
Dwellory
https://muljat.com/Commercial real estate brokers lacked a unified platform to manage listings, run property valuations, and convert seller relationships into transactions. Fragmented tools across 15+ listing platforms, manual pro forma creation, and no product-led growth engine left top brokers unable to scale their business or capitalize on their existing client relationships.
Dwellory was a product-led growth platform for commercial brokers – property database, valuation calculator, and branded brokerage website in one configurable package. The “Value Engine” generated instant pro formas, turning valuation requests into inbound seller leads. The {Brokerage}.com framework gave operators a Buy/Sell/Manage/Invest web presence backed by Dwellory’s data layer. Built on WordPress and HubSpot for speed to market, with a roadmap to replace fragmented CRE tools through a build/buy/integrate strategy.
I delivered a working MVP to Muljat Commercial, generating an inbound seller pipeline through automated market analysis. I also validated that personalized deal analysis outperforms outbound dialing by more than 50% over 12 months.
