WeChat Mini Program for a Recruiting Agency
Defined the requirements for the MVP and led the development team to build and launch the product within one month.
This WeChat Mini Program was intended to extend the reach of a recruiting agency to tens of millions of WeChat users in China.
Being natively embedded in WeChat, user acquisition cost was significantly lower than other channels like iOS and Android app stores.
ATS SaaS for Recruiting Agencies
Led the team to launch a product that became a one-stop solution for recruiting agencies to be more efficient in internal and client-facing workflows.

An author service company with tens of thousands of followers on WeChat was looking to redesign the user flow of their WeChat-based mini program and the author dashboard’s desktop version.
Combining my extensive knowledge and experience in the WeChat ecosystem, I redesigned the entire user flow from scratch to create the best experience for WeChat users.
Uber-like Luggage Storage for Travelers
Contributed to this location-based service platform that enabled local merchants to rent out their underutilized store space to travelers for temporary luggage storage.
I worked with the management and offline vendors to architect a win-win solution consisting of a platform for local merchants and travelers.
Travelers can open up the app, find a nearby store, and then pay for available space to temporarily store their luggage. Local merchants get paid by renting out empty storage space.
OpenSea Onboarding for Chinese Artists
I led the creation and the training of the OpenSea onboarding process for Chinese artists.
Created and continuously improved the internal process to smoothly onboard Chinese artists onto the OpenSea platform.
