Fynn is a one-system senior living enterprise application for managing marketing, staff, scheduling, care, and medications within three months. A groundbreaking product, Fynn increases well-being through insights and predictive care models.

I led the product team of six, including product owners and UI/UX designers, to ideate, research, design, document, and communicate the various features for Fynn. A significant challenge was to balance and simplify the size and complexity of Fynn into a simple product strategy and seamless user experience.

Pivoted the Rialto Markets bond trading application to blockchain-based digital securities within six months.

I joined Rialto Markets to lead the product and engineering teams to develop a bond trading application for institutional investors. About a year into the project, the business wanted to pivot from bonds to digital securities. The primary objective was to be the first FINRA and SEC-approved digital security trading application. To accomplish this, we set a goal to launch in six months, and I led the product team as their product manager and the scrum team as their scrum master.

KEY ACTIVITIES
• Facilitated workshops to quickly generate the overall vision, requirements, and user experience.
• Worked with engineering to determine what to repurpose from the existing bond trading application, reducing engineering effort by over 250%.
• Collaborated with custodial agents to design and innovate a blockchain-based solution for digital custody of securities to pass FINRA audits.
• Led the design and development of the trading application across multiple sprints.

We launched the trading application within the six-month goal and successfully passed the FINRA audits to become the first SEC-compliant digital security trading application.

PINCH is a mobile application providing on-demand, pre-priced, same-day or scheduled home cleaning. PINCH came about as an idea after one of the founders experienced frustration with cleaning services. However, the founders could not bring the idea to reality, so they brought me to the team to lead the entire product strategy and technical implementation.
