Dishoom is a popular collection of restaurants in the UK, with a cult following. They pivoted to an eCommerce solution during the enforced COVID-19 hospitality closures to create ‘make-at-home’ versions of their most popular dishes.
World-first Booking Engine Tool
Led the product marketing and positioning for a unique first-to-market tool, which allows hotel guests to select their check-in and check-out times from a 24-hour clock without restrictions when booking directly with the hotel.
The Hoxton group is a series of open house hotels in London, Europe, and North America, with rooms, restaurants, and private venue hire. Their guest-first approach to providing a local experience in each city inspired the ‘Flexy Time’ flexible booking tool to spend more time enjoying their vacation and less time waiting in a lobby, solving the guest pain-point of rigid check-in times driving more direct bookings.
