The biggest Albanian toy retailer had strong offline brand recognition but was invisible online, with no eCommerce platform, no Google presence, and an ERP running on corrupted, duplicated product records. Adding a new product to the catalog required hours of manual work for descriptions, photos, and data entry. No customer support infrastructure to handle digital inquiries.

I architected and shipped a complete AI-native eCommerce platform. I built AI agents to automatically source product photos and generate product names and descriptions from supplier data, reducing catalog work from hours per product to minutes per product. I deployed an AI customer support layer handling inquiries round-the-clock. I integrated the ERP to clean product data and sync inventory in real time. I built a Google Business profile and an SEO foundation from scratch.

I achieved a 20% increase in online orders within months of launch. I sped up catalog operations 10x through AI-generated descriptions and automated photo sourcing. The solution offers round-the-clock customer support without expanding the team.

Makis came to me as a practicing lawyer with deep compliance expertise but zero technical background. Hawk, a 20-year-old product manager, set out to build a SaaS to compete with Jira. He came with highly detailed plans covering every feature and flow. The challenge wasn’t a lack of clarity; it was the opposite. He needed someone who could match his depth and push back where his assumptions didn’t hold up against market reality.

I planned and designed together with a team of two UI/UX designers and delivered the Frakktel MVP. I went through Hawk’s documentation feature by feature, kept what would land in market, challenged what wouldn’t, and ruthlessly prioritized down to a real MVP instead of building everything he’d specified. I held my own as his product counterpart, which is exactly what he hired me for. I owned the design, architecture, and full build through to production while staying in tight collaboration with him on every meaningful tradeoff.

Doda SRL, a construction company, took at least eight hours to estimate a project and send a proposal. They missed roughly half of the incoming opportunities because of the delay. On-site expenses ran on paper with no tracking. Their teams work from sites, not desks, so laptops weren’t an option. They needed a mobile-first tool to estimate quickly, track spend in real time, and stop losing deals.

I planned, designed, and delivered Kantio, a mobile-first construction operations platform built around how Doda actually works on the ground. Field teams now estimate projects directly from their phones, generate and send proposals in minutes rather than hours, and log site expenses live as they occur. I replaced paper-based workflows without forcing the team to change how they operate on site.

The estimate for proposal time collapsed from eight hours to minutes. Doda stopped losing opportunities to delay and started winning the half of the pipeline they were previously dropping. Site expenses are now tracked in real time.

I replaced phone, WhatsApp, and paper-based purchasing from scratch.

I planned, designed, and delivered two integrated systems: a lead pipeline that captures every incoming website inquiry and routes it through a structured sales process so nothing slips, and an AI sales coach that listens to outbound calls, scores them against best practice, and gives each agent specific feedback on what to improve. I replaced gut feel with real visibility and turned ramp time for new agents into something measurable and trainable.

i-APS had a strong humanitarian consulting business, but its technology department was underperforming. The consulting side was thriving and demanded more, but the tech couldn’t keep up. They needed leadership that could turn the tech function into a delivery engine.

I took over the i-APS technology department and led a full operational turnaround. I brought structured project management to a team running without it, redefined roles and ownership, and organized the portfolio, so commitments matched real capacity. I built KAPtech Group as the productized tech arm that could deliver with the same rigor the consulting business was known for. The consulting team kept doing what they did well, and tech followed suit.

KAPtech Group emerged as a structured tech offering that i-APS could finally sell technology with the same confidence they sold consulting.
