Multi-agent AI Ecosystem for End-to-end Sales & Lead Qualification

The sales process relied on static chatbots, traditional eCommerce, or delayed human intervention. Users frequently abandoned the funnel because traditional tools lacked the sophistication to handle complex scenarios, maintain context across multiple sessions, and support personalization, resulting in a poor experience and missed conversion opportunities.

I spearheaded the transformation by architecting a multi-agent orchestration. The approach started with a deep mapping of the customer journey to identify intent triggers. I then developed specialized agents for qualification and objection handling, ensuring that context persisted across the journey. Finally, I integrated automated re-engagement workflows via WhatsApp to re-activate dormant leads. This structured orchestration enabled an end-to-end digital journey through AI, with human-led closure of edge cases, optimizing the entire funnel.

I transformed a fragmented sales process into a 24/7 proactive ecosystem. The seamless context transfer between agents, along with personalization, significantly improved customer experience—positioning the platform as a leader in AI-driven commerce.

RAG-based Knowledge Base for Real-time Negotiation

The primary obstacle was ensuring the factual integrity of AI-generated answers. In the complex consortium market, generic AI responses often produced hallucinations about rules and group-specificities. This lack of precision created significant legal risks and eroded customer trust during the consulting phase, reflecting in lost sales opportunities.

We developed a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture to ground the AI in verified data. The process involved ingesting complex rules into a structured knowledge base, followed by the implementation of prompt engineering to prioritize factual retrieval over creative generation. This rigorous approach ensured that every AI interaction was anchored in truth, providing a reliable automated consultant that could handle sophisticated inquiries and in a personalized way

Mitigated risks by ensuring high-fidelity, grounded AI responses. This established a foundation of trust with users, reduced the need for manual compliance audits, and proved the viability of using AI as a sales agent.

AI-driven Smart Offer System

The sales team struggled to manually select optimal consortium plans from a complex and vast portfolio. Without real-time data integration, the process was slow and disconnected from the client’s financial reality, leading to friction during sales meetings and a lack of perceived value, which often resulted in customers abandoning the journey or higher churn.

We orchestrated a Smart Offer copilot for the sales force using customer attributes, such as age, salary, and risk profile, and mapped them against a dynamic database of plans. The implementation involved researching customer and seller pain points, followed by developing a ranking algorithm to deliver a curated shortlist of compatible options directly to the sales system. This transformed the interaction from a generic pitch into a data-backed consultative session, ensuring that every proposal balanced the customer’s profile with their long-term equity goals.

We modernized the consortium journey by replacing manual search with real-time plan matching. This improved sales quality, reduced fraud, and established a scalable model for a data-driven sales process.

Payment Modernization – PaaP

The payment infrastructure was fragmented across multiple legacy applications, leading to inconsistent user experiences, risks, and slow development cycles. Each part of the business had to build its own payment logic, creating significant technical debt and making it difficult to reuse and scale modern solutions.

I spearheaded the PaaP initiative to centralize all payment capabilities into a unified, API-first hub in Consortium. The project focused on building a standardized core that any squad could “plug into” to enable payments via Pix, installments, or debit. My approach involved a complete re-architecture of the payment journey, moving from siloed systems to a shared service layer. I migrated all Consortium systems to this new platform, ensuring that the infrastructure was robust enough to handle high traffic volume while remaining flexible for future innovations.

I created a scalable, future-ready payment foundation that accelerated the release of new features. By treating the core as a product, we eliminated redundancies and improved reuse, stability, maintenance, and new-feature development.
