Increased MRR by 20% and Decreased Contractor Errors by 40% for the First SaaS Project

https://www.engagetech.com/

Migrated 20,000 workers for registration and compliance of the self-serve solution to be used by all COVID-19 centers in the UK.

The Engage Registration and Compliance platform is used by all contractors to register and be compliant with the Right to Work regulation in the UK. I replaced the outdated and complex legacy platform. I led the complete redesign with comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research, migrating to a new technology stack.

The system went from a user-intensive process to a completely self-serve process that leveraged APIs to interconnect with government systems. These interfaces and new business processes supported the rapid validation of data in real-time and reduced the number of errors and manual validation needed (slashing it down by almost 90%).

This was done by primarily running an analysis of the outdated solution, user research qualitative and quantitative, which led to a complete redesign of the user experience with a focus group (clients and contractors) and a complete project to migrate most of the experience to a new technology stack.

Launch of a New Mobile Product from MVP to V1 with Growth and Revenue

https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/smarterdriver/id1248210849

Took ownership and rescued the mobile project, launching the first product after 300 months acquiring quickly 200 users, and creating and launching three new products from MVP to version 1 in less than a year.

Masternaut is an enterprise solution first directed at businesses that want to control their cost and increase safety on the road. I worked on the eco-drive product and was responsible for taking over the new mobile program, which was nine months late on the schedule.

I drove a change in mindset with focus, structure, and best practices reuniting all the stakeholders under one common vision. This led to a redesign of the solution used and replicated for all the products receiving better engagement and using motion and experiences present in the market.

I worked closely with the CEO to ensure transparency, which led to more trust in the team. The team developed and launched the first product successfully after three months after taking over in a good and fun atmosphere.

In the following eight months, two new products were launched on the mobile app, and the process was replicated in over part of the business.

Increased Driver Retention and Onboarding Conversion by 20%

https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/brightmile/id1456776254

Led the design and implementation of Mixpanel and new communication to drive a better engagement during the onboarding and retention process.

Brightmile is a startup developing a new solution non-invasive to track and calculate risk taken by drivers on the road based on their behavior and environment. This application is mandatory and, unfortunately, can be seen negatively from drivers' points of view.

In this context, I created a new onboarding and engagement sequence with emails and notifications. It was supported by the implementation of Mixpanel as a new analytics solution helping me trigger a new onboarding sequence based on user behavior.

The new design and new experience led to a 20% better conversion and engagement during the first months of using the app and the following ones after drivers were dropping out or installing the app.
