At Harness, I spearheaded the creation of an embedded analytics platform with strong data governance, cataloging, metadata management, and stewardship, ensuring trusted and discoverable data assets. By effectively managing stakeholders, I aligned product strategy with user and business needs, enhancing data visibility and actionable insights across products.

Leveraging Looker's embedded analytics capabilities, we delivered a white-labeled, seamlessly integrated solution within Harness. Robust, governed data models and comprehensive metadata management supported out-of-the-box dashboards for critical functions, including cloud costs, builds, deployments, feature flags, and security tests.

This solution empowered users with secure, real-time analytics and facilitated data-driven decision-making directly within the Harness ecosystem, significantly boosting product adoption and user experience.

At Expedia Group, I designed and developed a marketing attribution and performance scorecard that became essential for executive decision-making. The dashboard provided daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly insights into marketing performance, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, sales, net revenue, gross bookings, and transactions across multiple lines of business, such as hotel, air, car, and vacation. The scorecard also allowed comparisons with prior periods, enabling trend analysis and strategic planning.

In addition to the dashboard, I implemented self-serve data models, empowering business users to drill down into various segments and uncover insights independently. The technology stack used included Apache Kafka for real-time data processing, Adobe Omniture for web analytics, Amazon EMR for scalable data operations, Informatica for ETL, PySpark for data transformation, and Looker with LookML for analytics and dashboarding.

The scorecard was so critical that any delay in its updates resulted in a Priority 1 (P1) issue, highlighting its importance to the organization. The solution received significant praise for improving marketing attribution accuracy and enabling data-driven decision-making.

As a data product manager, I spearheaded the design and execution of a finance data platform for a prominent freelancing marketplace. I defined the product vision and roadmap, integrating data from Oracle EBS using Fivetran and architecting scalable data models in Snowflake. This enabled seamless data processing and advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging an ELT methodology.

I delivered a comprehensive BI platform in Looker, empowering finance teams with real-time insights and self-service analytics. The solution included robust data governance practices for SOX and GDPR compliance, as well as implementing data security protocols and peer review processes. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, aligning technical requirements with business objectives, and managed developers to ensure timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
