- Aligned stakeholders across multiple NGOs, government departments, and medical umbrella organizations to get their consensus and buy-in.
- Developed a product for medical institutions to check their compliance with current and future regulations regarding interoperability and standardization.

- Hired an entire team, including UI/UX designer, user researcher, and two full-stack developers.

- Built a SaaS product and custom-built CRM tooling for banking, insurance, and real estate. The company was funded €2 million in a seed round.
- Hired and led the IT team through several stages of the company. Built MVPs and multiple versions of the tool. Pivoted twice to find product market fit.
- Introduced TDD, BDD, and DDD to improve scalability. Managed mobile app development using Phonegap, Ionic1, and Ionic2. A highly configurable platform with a diverse client base.
- Worked closely together with the CEO on strategy, positioning, and sales. I developed code and managed projects, products, and clients until hires were made.
- Led the technology selection and agile process Kanban and Scrum, built the IT culture and applied and received multiple government grants. Software used by around 3,000 users.

- Built a B2C SaaS company up from the ground. Helping over 8,000 musicians distribute their music to iTunes and Spotify.
- Won the Dutch 2014 Accenture Innovation Award for the entertainment category. Over €1 million royalties per year handled.
- Managed the team that built the MVP in two months. Made integrations with multiple APIs, including Echonest, Facebook, and YouTube, and connected the software to exact to automate bookkeeping.

- Built an online web application for ABN Amro that included e-voting for shareholder meetings. ABN AMRO ISRA security procedure passed. The majority of Dutch public traded companies use this platform to collect votes for general discussions.
- Created an online web app for the social and economic council. A platform to keep track of the Dutch Energy Agreement, multiple roles, and user rights allows for collaboration and transparency between governments, NGOs, and the private sector.
- Developed an online web application for the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science used by over 500 users. A platform to calculate salary grow paths and scenarios and track teachers' ambitions in the Netherlands.
- Employed 12 people in multiple locations across Europe.

Titik Pintar is a gamification of the early age curriculum in Indonesia. Created engaging content for grades 4 and 5 for math and science topics. Implemented single-player and multiplayer and partnered with Indonesia’s most extensive infrastructure company.
Captivating learning for kids: challenging them to discover solutions and complete the curriculum. Expressing themselves by nurturing their avatar or demonstrating control in relaxing or thrilling minigames. Exploring alone or with friends (multiplayer).
Dagnode Finance
Launched a financial derivative, a decentralized finance product. Managed Ideation, marketing, community building, developer hiring, project management, product management, and software development.
DagNode Finance pools investors’ money to buy $DAG tokens nodes for the Constellation network. Launched on the Fantom Opera network and expanding to more $DAG node services once the Constellation Network main net v2 arrives.

As the chief CTO and co-founder, I hired an entire IT team and a rapid iteration to a launch three months later.
I got accepted into the Kartu Prakerja project of the Indonesian government for upskilling the workforce during the pandemic.
