Project History
Supplier Portal
Managed a team that designed, created, and successfully launched a fully integrated external facing client web portal to control marketing activity with partners.
Our team was assigned to create a regional website for the top 5 manufacturers of ESS, according to the Bloomberg estimation.
I considered local specifics, the market position of the company, and brand recognition during the process of creation. One of the critical aspects was to create a web portal that allows our company to track the marketing activities of the partners and integrate it with the CRM system using API.
I led a team of five consisting of developers, designers, and copywriters through this web portal’s design, architecture, and implementation. They designed the product from scratch, including UI/UX, API architecture, and CRM integration.
This product resulted in quicker turnaround times for marketing communications with partners and significantly reduced the number of marketing requests to our marketing team, improving their efficiency.
ZeroVision Chicago
Improved safety on roads in Chicago using ML prediction model with existing database from the City of Chicago.
Using the data from the city of Chicago with over 300 features and 100,000 records, I engineered features, wrangled data, and created a supervised ML model that predicted injuries during car crashes. All major ML models were used.
As an essential part of this project, I also used interpretable models to determine critical factors that increased and decreased the probability of injuries during car crashes. In the last part of this project, I used unsupervised learning to determine geographical clusters or intersections where a car crashed with injuries happened and highlighted them for further investigation according to the ZeroVision doctrine.
This project improved the safety of the city of Chicago and highlighted dangerous intersections.
Product Roadmap and Go-to-Market Strategy
Led the development of product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for several industrial products, including UPS, industrial rechargeable batteries, ESS, and data center equipment.
I led the cross-functional team and prepared roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for different groups of industrial products. First, we interviewed potential customers to find the demand and pain points and performed market research, SWOT, house of quality analysis, and other marketing activities to detect and prioritize tasks. We screened potential partners and OEM manufacturers to assess product quality and management standards used in factories, negotiated contract terms with vendors and customers, analyzed pricing, and drafted price strategies in the supply chain. Finally, we prepared a pitch desk and presented information to C-level management. Upon gathering customers’ feedback and making the product launch validations, we conducted training for internal and external parties to improve the product understanding and benefits.
