Built a web portal from scratch and scaled and diversified it to include multiple IoT use cases.
JioTelematics is an in-house IoT solution that caters to multiple IoT use cases and provides specific features for each use case. I gathered industry pain points and requirements from various customers to identify the gaps and define the features to be built.
Diesel Generator Monitoring Solution
Led the design and development of a diesel generator (DG) monitoring solution as part of an IoT-based B2B SaaS offering.
The DG monitoring solution is a use case to monitor the fuel, usage hours, energy generated, and efficiency of diesel generators. The solution improves the accuracy of fuel consumption and various fuel-related alerts, such as fuel fill and fuel theft.
Key Activities:
• Developed a mechanism to integrate and tap into the Modbus registers of DG controllers to monitor energy and engine parameters.
• Helped to integrate critical parameters to be considered as faults.
• Designed preventive maintenance module for DGs based on time and usage hours from the last maintenance to inform the next maintenance due date.
Video Banking Solution
Defined a new video banking feature for the Citi Mobile app that would enable relationship managers and clients to connect remotely and seamlessly.
I identified the requirements and defined the user flows for using the Citi Mobile app to connect via chat, audio, and video call options; conducted a customer survey to gauge Citi customers’ interest in the new feature; and received 10,000+ responses in three days with overall positive feedback about the new feature.
