Vanilla Document Builder is a sophisticated platform for client onboarding and estate planning document management. It enables wealth managers to offer their clients a modern way to obtain trusts and wills and provide ongoing estate advisory support.
As the product leader, I defined the offering’s strategy and go-to-market plan, led user research, collaborated with engineering, design, content, legal, marketing, and sales teams, and managed multiple backlogs.
Feedvisor's SMB Self-service Offering
Drove Feedvisor's strategic expansion from direct sales to large Amazon merchants only to offering self-service SaaS to SMBs, the "essentials" group.
