A US LLC formation startup needed to compete against well-funded national brands like LegalZoom with no existing product infrastructure, no acquisition channel, and a small team. Paid acquisition was too expensive to sustain, so the business needed organic growth to work as its primary engine while the product itself converted visitors into paying customers at scale.

I owned the product end to end: architecture and roadmap for a portfolio of 10+ digital properties, sprint delivery with a cross-functional team that grew to 20 people, and a conversion-focused funnel covering acquisition, activation, and purchase. I built the organic channel from zero through technical SEO and content architecture, shipped product tools like an LLC Readiness Checker and a Best State Selector to capture demand, and ran continuous A/B testing on landing pages, pricing presentation, and checkout flows.
