Built from an idea over MVP to user-centric feature development and set up a tech stack for a small development team and cost-efficient scalability.

Used and integrated different technologies, like Zendesk, Hubspot, Stripe, Sendgrid, Slack notifications, PDF creation, Puppeteer, and ticket generation.
