- Automated up to 70% of the company's operations and introduced a workflow management system that increased the productivity of our operations team by two times.
- Designed and implemented a flexible platform that integrated over 20 airline legacy reservation systems and three worldwide GDS systems, Travelport, Amadeus, and Sabre.
