Talend Cloud

https://www.talend.com/
Gartner Magic Quadrant Cloud-based ETLs offered as SaaS services across multiple regions worldwide.

I participated in the product availability, stability, and automation of operations and implementation of observability best practices. I was part of the SRE team, handling all Talend Cloud infrastructure deployed over AWS and Azure, focusing on the observability infrastructure (logging, monitoring, and tracing).

All infrastructure was provisioned as code via Terraform or Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines were implemented via Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Special Olympics World Games

https://www.specialolympics.org/what-we-do/games-and-competition/world-games/world-games-abu-dhabi-2019
I was a Cloud/DevOps engineer on the team for the Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi, in 2019. I provisioned the infrastructure as code with Terraform for multiple environments to support containerized workload. The workload was running on Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and applications were deployed via helm releases. I also implemented CI/CD pipelines to automatically build Docker images and deploy new releases.

Dubai Municipality Platform

https://www.dm.gov.ae/
This is a residents' complaints/request management platform. I was the Cloud/DevOps engineer for this project. I provisioned the infrastructure as code with Terraform to support containerized workload. The workload was running on AWS ECS. I also implemented Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to automatically build Docker images and deploy new releases.

Greenmetrics

https://greenmetrics.io/en/
The first solution dedicated to corporate digital pollution reduction. This big data solution generates dashboards and actionable actions to reduce carbon fingerprints based on light agents gathering information about data and computer resource consumption.

Scope
• Feasibility study, prototyping, and cost calculation
• Design of system architecture
• Development team follow-up, participation in technical decisions, and unblocking the team
• Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
• Containerization of the application
• Highly available deployment on AWS

Quartus

https://www.quartus-residentiel.fr/
A major French real estate player aiming at implementing eCommerce for real estate. I designed the system architecture and CI/CD pipelines to support the Quartus containerized workload. I implemented it as code using Terraform, AWS ECS, ECR, SQS, RDS, and GitLab CI for CI/CD pipelines.

Techy

Migration of workload from VM-based infrastructure to Kubernetes containerized workload. I migrated more than 30 projects from VMs to a common Kubernetes cluster, infrastructure as code with terraforming OpenStack and Kubernetes provider running on OVH Cloud. I also implemented CI/CD pipelines to automatically build Docker images and deploy new releases.
