International Luxury Leather Brand

A multi-realm project on the SFCC platform, where each realm had local payment methods and separate OMS instances. One of the biggest challenges was having multiple stakeholders spread across the APAC, EU, and NA regions and maintaining communication between them and the team.

As the tech lead and release manager, I streamlined the workflow and collaboration by introducing regular meetings, setting clear expectations, and fully automating the end-to-end release process. These actions allowed for faster and more reliable iterations.
