Project History
GetTheText – YouTube Transcript Downloader
https://getthetext.comGetTheText is a free web tool that turns any YouTube video into readable, searchable text. It also works with a URL hack by adding "text" after "youtube" in the address bar using the youtubetext.com domain. It gives users the full transcript with clickable timestamps, in-page search, on-demand translation, and a language picker. Multi-format (.srt, .vtt, .md, .json, etc.) download is also available, as well as a "Copy for AI" button to package it with a ready-made prompt for ChatGPT or Claude.
I designed and built the whole product solo from scratch: a FastAPI back end with caching and rate limiting, a server-rendered front end with no layout shift and light and dark themes, SEO landing pages, a Markdown blog, and generated Open Graph cards. It runs on a VPS behind nginx and Cloudflare, deployed by a GitHub Actions pipeline that tests and health-checks every push.

DomainWorth.si: AI Appraisals and Sales Data for .si Domains
https://domainworth.siDomainWorth is a valuation site, sales database and marketplace for .si domain names. I designed, built and run it by myself. Each appraisal gives Claude (Anthropic API, tool calling, prompt caching) the name's availability across about 300 extensions, checked live over DNS, RDAP and WHOIS, plus comparable sales. Claude's figure is then blended with a regression price model fit on .si sales, tuned with a backtest.
Sales data mostly collects itself. A Playwright job reads Atom's auction results, and background jobs follow Dynadot and Backorders auctions to the close, so sold names land in the history automatically. Claude also turns pasted tables and screenshots into sale records, from the admin or a Telegram bot.
An X autoposter publishes big sales, milestones and daily posts with server-drawn images. Deploys run on every push (GitHub Actions to Docker on Hetzner). Python, FastAPI, SQLite, plain JavaScript. 1,000+ public .si sales and 9,500 appraisals so far.

Marketing Dashboard
A custom full-stack analytics and customer support dashboard for a marketing agency. It is integrated with various analytics, advertisement, and CRM service APIs, allowing customers to access data from different channels easily, see custom conversion parameters, and receive automated emails with reports. The dashboard also has a built-in customer support system ticket that is integrated with email and task management tools.
