The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze images of used cars to provide details such as life span, tire condition, maintenance cost, and much more. For example, consider a situation in which the car mechanic performs a quality and maintenance check on the car and estimates the cost accordingly. Several factors will not be taken into consideration, such as the condition of the tire, its lifetime, and billing accuracy. With the help of artificial intelligence, this application helps users identify the cost and condition of a car and gives accurate outcomes.

Developed the order management system that would allow business users to punch orders directly from Salesforce and send them to SAP via SFTP server integration. Salesforce development involves Apex development, Aura Lighting components, multiple validation rules, and complex products-based rules. Salesforce and SAP were integrated using the traditional method via SFTP servers, utilizing XML and JSON files for sending a single order to SAP. I was the sole Salesforce consultant and developer for the entire project; I spearheaded the requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Client - Canadian Boat Manufacturers

Business users needed to track the products that were available at different warehouses and those in the last stages of production. Users used to instruct manufacturing units according to their available inventories. The user previously calculated the process using excel sheets, but I developed the exact same report using Einstein Analytics. Since most Salesforce relationships are many-to-many, the final dataset involved several joined data recipes, certain dataflow nodes, and customized SAQL code.

Developed Einstein Analytical Dashboard to illustrate how Manufacturing Cloud objects such as account forecast and sales agreement can generate actionable insights. In order to develop the lenses based on the scenarios, datasets, SAQLs, select, and result bindings were utilized. The final outcome was achieved by developing many dataflows and data recipes.

Client - India's Largest Car Manufacturer Company

Configured Salesforce's different predictive analysis tools such as opportunity and lead scoring model, prediction builder, and Einstein Stories in Einstein Discovery. Analysis was conducted using Einstein Stories of the Einstein Discovery to gauge the accuracy of the prediction. A number of sales and marketing analytics dashboards were developed to map out predictions and provide insights to the business users regarding hot leads and opportunities.

Client - Dubai Government Real Estate Firm

Integrated data sources such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and SQL databases into a complex analytical dashboard. Microsoft Dynamics was integrated using Synapse Analytics (previously SQL Data Warehouse). There are many charts that must be developed based on the customer's revenue, the maximum outstanding amount, the revenue expected, and many others. Created different KPIs using customized SAQLs such as customer retention rate, customer churn rate, cost efficiencies, customer satisfaction scores, identifying new customers, and customer acquisition and turnover.

Developed a community portal where business customers could access financial details such as invoices and owed amounts. Moreover, customers can also check the availability of products in nearby manufacturing units and track their orders in real time. Development involves customizing the user interface of the community portal, overlaying Aura Lightning components, and integrating the freight company at a UI level, which sends the exact location of orders, truck information, and driver information to the community portal.
