The client needed to manage workflows in different areas of construction with a third party to stimulate innovation in construction. The client also worked with differnt consultants to manage several customers' property details.

• Built custom objects which allow them to store payment and installment details for customers.

Salesforce Health Cloud Platform in the Healthcare Industry to Maintain an Efficient Workflow

I implemented the Salesforce Health Cloud platform to achieve health are functionalities in a single view. In this project the goal is to manage the entire processes of the healthcare industry in the most integrated and flexible way using Salesforce Health Cloud.
I created a solution by using Salesforce Health Cloud which provides an effective way to store and manage patient details and all related patient data. Salesforce Health Cloud provides a way to integrate electronic health records (EHR) which we can map to health cloud objects and fields which hold patient data and their related information.
I used Salesforce Standard Objects to manage the patient’s care plan effectively and used Health Cloud Objects to maintain details of doctors and hospitals to have flexible access to the details. I also used Health Cloud Lightning Scheduler to provide easy appointment scheduling and Health Cloud Community to let patients access their care plans, tasks, and provide feedback or respond to surveys with ease.

NPSP Set Up for a Nonprofit

This project was designed to implement a customer relationship management system (CRM) that could be used by the client, help them move from the current CRM system and Excel sheets, and aid the client in the build of a single system that held all the business processes.
Tasks Accomplished:

Integrating DocuSign into Salesforce for an Automated Document Signing Process

The Salesforce system was already implemented but the challenge was integrating DocuSign with Salesforce and automating the document-signing process for the client. This was achieved by creating appropriate Apex class and Apex triggers.

About the Client:
A manufacturer of audio products. They also provide solutions that power immersive cinema, live performance audio, themed entertainment experiences, and digital collaboration and meeting experiences. The company consisted of a team of 400 people and it was dedicated to delivering high performance, highly reliable, scalable, and flexible solutions to its customers.

Solution:
• Installed and configured DocuSign for Salesforce and DocuSign for Salesforce essentials.
• Automated sending documents to customers based on the country. The records in Salesforce were updated whenever the customers opened the document and signed the document. An email sent to the customer had a custom template based on the type of document replacing the original DocuSign email template. The signed document is then saved in the account’s attachment automatically as soon as the signing process is completed.

Salesforce Lighting Components to Enhance Business Processes

The client was using Salesforce to manage its various products, and they had launched a new range of products. The task here was to implement the complete business process of the client in its existing Salesforce for the new products launched.

About Client:
A solution provider for call centers which included CRM integration, analytics, knowledge management, and quality management for customers. They also provided consulting and leadership training to people with a call-center background

Solution:
• Created new objects and fields to store the product details and their profit margins, discounts available, categories, and so on.
• Developed Lightning Components to take orders and provide discounts on the screen to display profit dynamically.
• Built a feature that saved the orders that were taken and sent an email to a senior official for approval. It also generated a report to see profits earned on various products and a particular time period and display it in a bar graph format.
