Altcoin Pro University, an online education company scaling rapidly with multiple salespeople and coaches, needed structure, clarity, and operational consistency in its sales process. Their CRM was cluttered, reporting was unreliable, and their PandaDoc proposal workflow caused delays as the team grew.
I partnered with the co-founder to build a clean, scalable sales process tailored to their buying journey. This included redesigning CRM stages, improving data hygiene, and configuring a proposal system that eliminated errors and reduced friction. I also created clear reporting dashboards that transformed previously overwhelming analytics into simple, actionable insights the leadership team could trust.
