Altcoin Pro University, an online education company scaling rapidly with multiple salespeople and coaches, needed structure, clarity, and operational consistency in its sales process. Their CRM was cluttered, reporting was unreliable, and their PandaDoc proposal workflow caused delays as the team grew.

I partnered with the co-founder to build a clean, scalable sales process tailored to their buying journey. This included redesigning CRM stages, improving data hygiene, and configuring a proposal system that eliminated errors and reduced friction. I also created clear reporting dashboards that transformed previously overwhelming analytics into simple, actionable insights the leadership team could trust.

My contribution helped the company transition from a loosely structured sales motion to a disciplined, data-driven operation, one that was ready for growth. The result was stronger accountability, faster follow-ups, cleaner proposals, and a significantly more predictable sales workflow.

A real estate investor managing multiple rental units needed a more efficient system to attract reliable, high-quality tenants. His previous process relied heavily on manual outreach, scattered inbox follow-ups, and generic listings that required significant time but delivered inconsistent results.

I partnered with him to build a streamlined tenant acquisition workflow. This included developing personalized email outreach sequences aligned to each property type, as well as managing targeted ad placements that expanded reach far beyond organic channels. By structuring the applicant pipeline and improving the screening flow, we saved him dozens of hours that he had previously spent chasing inquiries and managing fragmented conversations.

The new system increased applicant quality and created a predictable, repeatable acquisition process for future properties. His property management became smoother, more organized, and more profitable—leading to plans for ongoing collaboration as his portfolio grows.

Mullen Design Co., led by a digital designer with over 100,000 Instagram followers, needed support in turning audience attention into predictable revenue. While the brand had strong social engagement, it lacked a structured outreach strategy, a partnership approach, and scalable business development systems.

I collaborated with the founder to create a tailored outreach engine that positioned the brand for sponsorships and affiliate opportunities. We built and executed a personalized partnership pipeline, initiated direct outreach to aligned companies, and secured early sponsorships that validated the brand’s market appeal. I also supported messaging refinement and product positioning for his additional design offerings, helping extend reach beyond the custom sneaker niche.

The combined approach enhanced exposure, unlocked multiple revenue streams, and provided clearer visibility across upcoming opportunities. The results strengthened the brand foundation and set the stage for continued growth.
