Freelance Work
- Crafted user-centered, performance-driven, business-oriented experiences for startups and larger companies.
- Designed dozens of B2C and B2B products in fintech, productivity, real estate, advertising, eCommerce, HR, marketing, and healthcare. Led user research for UX and UI and consulted on copywriting, strategy, and implementation.
- Collaborated with PMs and development teams at all points of the product cycle, from concept to final execution, on responsive marketing websites, dashboards, web apps, and iOS and Android apps.
- Established connections between clients and products, getting to know them at levels beyond simple design requirements in an effort to understand the whole picture.

- Built a design system in Figma for an analytics platform, including colors, typography, spacing, and an extensive library of UI elements using components, variables, and tokens. Worked with engineers to implement it.
- Developed and improved various dashboard flows. Ideated new navigation patterns, like popovers instead of modal screens, to improve the web app's navigation.
- Redesigned an onboarding flow, including Atrium Playbooks, a quick new way to set up custom workspaces inside Atrium.
- Created responsive landing pages, including the home and customer pages.
- Improved user role management inside the Atrium web app, including how team segments and disciplines work.
- Designed Saved Goals, a new feature that allows users to set custom team goals based on various parameters.
Mobile iOS and Android UX Designer

- Hired by the University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR) to design a web-based desktop portal for students to view upcoming classes and assignments, talk to peers and professors, and earn badges for various achievements (gamified education).
- Worked with the UMR faculty and SpringML, a data analytics company managing the process, to develop screens to present to the UMR dean.
- Interviewed students and faculty members and conducted competitor and design research.
- Designed screens in Figma and a basic design system that included typography, color palette, and reusable UI components.
- Created a Figma prototype, did extensive user testing, and conducted around 20 Zoom interviews with UMR students. I iterated the final version based on my findings and heuristic evaluation.
- Adhered to UMR's style guide. The app had to look modern and sleek while coexisting with UMR's other web resources designed 5-10 years earlier.

- Worked remotely for a New York City-based digital design and development studio as a principal UX/UI designer.
- Designed the UX and UI for Nifty, a cross-platform project management tool used by thousands around the world.
- Designed products for web and mobile platforms for target functionality, including a delivery service, rehab on demand, a financial data management platform, a party planner, stage gear rental, coupons, and a food discovery service.
- Spearheaded the UX design for an iOS social network for universities that lets students discuss local news, sell items, create events, and more.

- Led the 3rd season of X-Factor Online (xfo.stb.ua), the Ukrainian online franchise of a popular TV show and the most popular vocal talent contest in Ukraine.

- Conducted A/B testing and analysis of Google Analytics data and Hotjar product, sales, and marketing conversion funnels.
- Contributed to X-Factor's achieving a 230% increase in conversions and a 60% reduction in record-your-song abandonment after a site redesign that provided a seamless and delightful video recording experience.
- Conceptualized and led our team to create four new premium services that increased sales by 30%. X-Factor Online won the Propeller Digital Award in 2011 and 2012 as Ukraine's most innovative online product.
