Collaborated with key leadership teams of top companies across 12+ industries.
Acted as the lead design architect for a flagship AI platform, commissioned by one of the largest IT firms in India.
Revamped internet banking platforms for the top three leading banks of India.
Managed the critical design stages for redesigning Pizza Hut & KFC India’s online ordering properties.
Procured devices like eye-tracking sensors to inculcate quantitative testing processes which we were able to rationalize in order to improve our design approaches.
Optimized project processes to scale according to requirements. Using lean design philosophies, we were able to deliver 100+ screens in about a week for a project.
Built teams of user experience designers and front-end developers.
Created design processes, prepared training regimes, and introduced frameworks for the user experience design function.
