- Ventured and launched several purpose-driven digital products, including Wowt.es, Geer, and Shift Design System.
- Led the product squads to create products from scratch and tweak live ones by embedding ourselves into the client's structure.

- Designed, tested, and supported the release of Uplift, a new feature that generated £500,000 in revenue in the first 90 days after launch and helped paying users make an average of 62% more connections.
- Collaborated with the engineering to build, maintain, and set workflows for our unified design system. We set Figma as our source of truth and created custom plugins to automatically push new components and design tokens to the codebase.
