Mari is a top-notch lead product, UX, and visual designer who has successfully led teams and projects all over the world for over 15 years. What she does best is to build UX and visual design ecosystems whether it be native web apps or Marcom websites. Basic tenets of how she thinks about design is to audit legacy products, empathize with users, define problems, brainstorm solutions, prototype the product, and then test. Repeat if necessary.

Tasked with taking a 9 year-old product system and turning it into a responsive site. The result has been a native app, a responsive web app, a simplified user flow, and an improved feature for the patient portal. The immediate result from this has been a 70% reduction in customer call volume.
