Tasked with taking a nine-year-old product system and turning it into a responsive site. Did this via auditing the present system—segregating the UX, content and visual design while aggregating new business objectives. The result has been a native app, a responsive web app, a simplified user flow, and an improved feature for the patient portal. The immediate result from this has been a 70% reduction in customer call volume.
Presented proven new design paradigms and best practices while working with an UX analyst to support a new design hypothesis.
Participated and led user-testing research which includes prototypes, user flows, use cases, personas, and site maps to translate business-level goals into measurable business results which has recently received unsolicited positive customer feedback and ratings.
