  • Performed data-driven design, getting quantitative data (analytics), forming a hypothesis, exploring solutions, and validating them in user testing.
  • Helped improve the experience of filling the actual forms. Worked with PM to identify people's pain points, then ran tests to validate ideas before handing them off to devs.
