Product Designer (SaaS) | Brand Designer
Oko Trade
- Handled the Oko brand rebranding, completed the landing page refreshment, and prepared presentation materials.
- Established a new UX and developed a new UI for the Oko web app software to simplify and automate supply chain documentation transparently.

- Served as an interim product manager and successfully rolled out to the EMEA markets with the eCommerce team, each market with precise business requirements and features. Was responsible for UAT test periods.
- Led gap analysis sessions for new markets, documented requests for new features, and translated them into tickets, prioritizing according to business urgency.
- Helped onboard a fully functional eCommerce team with major roles, such as PM, PO, UX and UI Designer, and 15+ developers, following agile/scrum workflow.
- Improved the UX for the whole purchase journey, working closely with the UI designer and other major stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to conduct the UX research and user surveys needed before the UI completion.

- Managed B2B portals: an app and B2B eCommerce platform; took responsibility for engagement (GA, Looker) and improved the UI/UX; worked closely with IT in agile processes (scrum). Drove the decoupling from Salesforce to the website-based platform.
- Designed a mobile B2B product page and led an implementation with the IT team, rolling out the project and driving engagement with our retailers.
- Transitioned from the customer experience team to the IT team as an IT product owner for B2B. As a CSPO, I led a team of developers and freelancers in agile (scrum) and worked closely with business stakeholders.
