Lead Visual Designer
7-Eleven - Main
- Designed the new icon library for the new design system.
- Developed more than 100 illustrations and researched and designed the new illustration style.
- Designed a new email for clients and the complete design library. Created the new template Figma for all the different 7-Eleven departments.

- Handled the complete redesign of Hyatt's Guest Services system. Initially, Hyatt used more than 15 systems to offer the service, but this service was complex, slow, and often challenging to manage.
- Analyzed the current systems thoroughly, conducted interviews with users and system administrators, and found the processes we could improve upon to create a single system that runs everything in a straightforward and manageable way.
- Supported the research and created an interface that could offer these services in a single experience. The test results yielded such positive data in time savings for the users that Hyatt realized gains of up to $11,000,000.
- Reduced processes considered complex through the UX design, involving calls to hotels and waits of up to ten minutes for procedures that can be done on a single screen, adding extra information of great value to the user and the customer.

- Designed the corporate identity for Mead Johnsons Supply Chain; we created a manual to apply the design to 16 offices worldwide in more than five different languages.
- Conceptualized and designed a web app to control a notary's office. The goal was to find the money flows and especially the loss of millions of pesos. The project was very successful as it saved at least two million pesos.
- Created Mr. Disguise, a video game for iOS with more than 30,000 downloads; the goal of the game was to find the culprit of a crime in various scenarios through fun clues.
- Designed, for Mead Johnson, an augmented reality application for his worldwide exhibitions. This was shown in four exhibitions around the world and I was asked to design their brand for Supply Chain.
- Conceptualized and designed an application for Astra Zeneca that helped certify physicians and help them evaluate, train, and learn various skills for their medical career.
- Contributed to the concept creation, UX/UI, and marketing campaign for a video game called Mr. Disguise with more than 30,000 downloads.
