Worked as a design contractor to make an aesthetically pleasing design solution to enhance the experience of the users.
Created the dashboard designs, website design, and PWA (progressive web app) designs. Also developed user requirements by collecting the data from the users and after balancing it with the business requirements and then proceeded with the design solution.
Prepared the DRD (design requirement documentation) using the business and user requirements. The research included studying the data for the fintech market, do some card sorting to make the user flows and journey maps. Finding the brand architect and preparing the information architecture was included.
Designed the responsive website by preparing the flow for the onboarding of the user, populating the financial data of the user and creating the different landing pages based on the marketing campaigns.

Revamped the responsive website and progressive web app (PWA) for Dairylac, a platform where users can order dairy products as a subscription or one-time order.
Delivered a responsive web app, dashboard, and CRM panel for AFINOZ, a fintech-based startup in India.
Designed an iOS app and contributed to the information architecture, user journey, affinity diagrams, logo, and the iOS prototype for FriendlyDesi, a location-specific application that provides users information about local Indian restaurants, movies, roommates, and real estate in other countries.
Fellafeeds is a smart feedback analysis platform, that helps business owners in taking the right decisions with the help of the customer feedback via using automation of marketing. It focuses on providing the way to populate digital feedback at the offline stores and automate marketing efforts like SMS, Email, Facebook Ads and Google Ads which can help in managing the business and save a lot of budget in the marketing.
Being the product head and cofounder, I was responsible for the whole product inside out. Not only from the design side but I stretched my boundaries to handled the versions of business and operations too.
The process used to involve prioritising the features by using either of the MoSCoW principle or Eisenhower Matrix. Once finalising the business and user requirements, my job was to make some rough prototypes for the testing with the users(formative and summative both) and then making some edits in the mockup followed by the UI preparation and putting it under the development. FellaFeeds had both frontend side and the dashboard side where design was playing a big role so I was a part of managing both the ends.
I have done various interviews, usability testing and surveys to collect the valuable feedback of the vendors to enhance the product.
There were different campaigns' designs for different vendors that they are allowed to choose. I worked on enhancing the experience of opting one of the campaigns and then managing the team. SMS campaign designs, CRM designs.
I was also responsible for handling the other jobs like creating the wireframes, personas, conduct AB testing, split testing, making the funnels using mixpanel, Google analytics and updating the designs using the heatmaps like hotjar.
I used to do frontend coding(HTML, CSS, jQuery, JS and Angular)in my initial days so sometimes in FellaFeeds, I used to design and develop emails, short pages, handle the CSS and errors of the site (by managing the frontend intern).
