  • User Experience Design Lead

    IBM iX
    • Worked with one of the world's largest beverage company and redesign the order management system on Salesforce; I conducted user research to understand user needs and created solutions both for mobile and tablet to engage dealers and sellers.
    • Created UX design guidelines and a design system combining a library of design assets, patterns, and business rules for a bank to make it easier for my client's team to create products and digital experiences by using the guidelines.
    • Conducted both user research to understand the real pain points and market research to understand best practices globally in a service design project for a client in the retail sector.
    • Designed an innovative shopping experience that combines both physical and digital touchpoints, an ecosystem that mobile commerce supported by disruptive digital services in the store, and I did hands-on UX production for various platforms.
    • Aligned with the agile development teams in a bank and assist in the technical discussions to achieve our desired design outcome: up-and-running applications.
    • Collaborated with the clients and various teams to deliver real business value, define and communicate the product vision, and ensure that the design specifications were implemented.

    • Worked with an award-winning telecommunication service provider in the UAE—combining their business objectives with customer insights and creating customer journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes both for the web and mobile.
    • Gained expertise in the fast-growing fintech industry and worked to shape a flawless experience of digital payment services such as money transfer, utility bill payments, and acceptance at the point-of-sale.
    • Took full ownership of the UX design, oversaw the delivery, and created the IA and user flows with the visual designers and developers to make it real.
    • Conducted user testing along with the team and validated the experience journey end-to-end.
    • Designed a cloud-based data storage solution and created a vision for the digital experience of the product and held in-depth persona studies, information architecture, and benchmarking.
