Built a multilingual book writing and publishing platform that supported over 20 languages. The platform had separate panels/apps for readers and writers. It allowed writers to write and publish books in eBook, audio, as well as paperback formats.

Automatic Call Answering Using ML Models

Built a multilingual call handling system for the rural population to automatically answer calls related to farming, labor laws, sex education, etc. The system converted the call to text in real time and then generated answers using generative AI models. Those answers were then automatically translated to local languages and delivered in real time to the users. The system was able to handle thousands of calls per hour compared to their legacy system, which could hardly handle 100 calls in a day.
