The leading Swedish food retailer’s franchisers lacked awareness of the in-store digital signage solution’s benefits and key selling points, reducing year-over-year sales. In addition, there was limited product adoption among current customers, with low overall usage and engagement with the product features, which was impacting renewal rates.

I designed and executed a year-long marketing strategy targeting franchisers to tackle this challenge. This approach included:

• Interviewing success cases and creating articles to showcase value.
• Distributing content physically and digitally via internal channels, social media, email, and as sales material.
• Producing a steady stream of multi-channel content guided by a weekly content calendar.
• Developing and implementing a 6-month HubSpot product onboarding email workflow to guide franchisers through adoption.

The marketing strategy contributed to a 231% YoY increase in sales of the digital signage solution. In addition, the solution saw an increase in average feature adoption when onboarding incentives started. The onboarding email workflow had a 47% open rate, supporting increased franchiser engagement and adoption.

Adventer was a new adventure experience platform with no brand awareness in Sweden. It required rapid awareness-building activities and website traffic to demonstrate value to paying adventure experience organizers. The company operated with a limited marketing budget of €500/month, requiring highly efficient paid advertising to generate measurable results.

I designed and executed the go-to-market strategy, focusing on paid advertising on Meta and Google Ads to acquire first traffic and build a community.

I managed a full-funnel approach, combining paid campaigns with supporting content across social media, newsletters, and landing pages. I also monitored and optimized campaigns continuously to maximise reach and efficiency within the small budget. Additionally, I owned the creative direction and video strategy, leading a video editor to produce platform-native videos for social media, reels, and campaigns.

We consistently reached 1,500 visitors/month on the platform within the €500 budget, achieving a CPC of 2.5 SEK on Meta campaigns, which turned out to be the most successful channel for traffic acquisition. We built an early community of 2,000+ followers and subscribers, generated 400,000+ views on key video content, and created value for 40+ adventure experience partners through visibility and targeted campaigns.

B2B Content and Paid Strategy

Flexiana, a niche software consultancy specializing in Clojure, had limited brand awareness and low website traffic among its target developer and enterprise audience. To build credibility and attract high-quality leads, the company needed to position itself as a thought leader in the Clojure community.

I developed and executed a content marketing strategy that included SEO-optimized articles, LinkedIn posts, a newsletter, and webinars targeting Clojure developers. I also launched highly targeted paid advertising campaigns on X (formerly Twitter) and Google Ads to amplify reach. Additionally, I produced thought leadership content to establish Flexiana as a key opinion leader, highlighting expertise in Clojure development.
