Bidvest Life is a leading insurance company in South Africa. Shortly after joining the company, I noticed it lacked a clear plan for its social media efforts. I introduced and crafted a social media strategy and a baseline for monthly content plans, including content pillars, copy, and design recommendations for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This helped the company develop a clear voice and establish itself as credible on its social media platforms by posting quality, consistent, on-brand, industry-focused, and customer-focused content.
