Faced the challenge of accommodating delegates from over 39 countries, requiring cultural awareness. The gala dinner, held in an outdoor area, was met with sudden windy conditions. Additionally, logistics faced issues with transportation amid heavy traffic.
To address the delegates’ cultural needs, I coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for formal guidelines and arranged specific cultural accommodations for each country. I collaborated with the vendor to prepare a contingency plan for the gala dinner, which included deploying heavier tents and additional materials to protect the area from wind. For logistics and protocols, I partnered with a logistics company to ensure alignment with the traffic department for smooth delegate transportation.

Faced the challenge of aligning the launch event with the completion of the landing page design, coordinating the simultaneous activation and correct posting on official accounts, and managing staggered VIP arrivals with specific seating protocols for designated chairs.
I coordinated the website design with the official launch by first deploying the landing page for the ceremony announcement, which allowed for additional time to complete the website. I secured exceptional payment procedures through the procurement department, approved by the CEO. I also prepared protocols for seating and welcoming, and, anticipating sudden VIP arrivals, arranged a VIP waiting area with catering and accommodations for C-level executives to welcome them before guiding them to their seats.
